12 stycznia 2017 r. obchodziliśmy pierwszą rocznicę otwarcia Konsulatu Honorowego Republiki Łotewskiej we Wrocławiu.
Rok 2016 był bardzo intensywnym okresem. Konsulat był reprezentowany na wielu lokalnych wydarzeniach i spotkaniach. Konsul Honorowy dwukrotnie odwiedził Rygę, uczestnicząc m.in. w 8. Spotkaniu Konsulów Honorowych Republiki Łotewskiej. Konsulat pomógł w organizacji wystawy „25 chwil”, poświęconej współczesnej historii Łotwy, dofinansował projekcję łotewskiego filmu „Marzenia” na festiwalu Spektrum w Świdnicy, patronował również premierze opery „Trubadur” Giuseppe Verdiego w reżyserii Andrejsa Žagarsa. W kolejnym roku w planie są kolejne, równie ciekawe, wydarzenia.

On January 12 the we celebrated the first anniversary of the opening of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Latvia.
The year 2016 was a very intense period. Consulate was represented at many local events and meetings. Honorary Consul visited Riga twice, participated in the 8th Meeting of the Honorary Consuls of the Republic of Latvia. Our Consulate helped in the organization of the „25 moments” exhibition, documenting the most importants events in recent Latvian history, sponsored projection of the Latvian film „Dreams” on the Spektrum Film Festival in Świdnica, and patronized the premiere of the opera „Il Travatore” by Giuseppe Verdi, directed by Andrejs Žagars. The following year will be also full of interesting events.
