Konsul Honorowy Republiki Łotewskiej Martin Kaczmarski i Konsul Honorowy Republiki Litewskiej Tomasz Kosoń podpisali list intencyjny dotyczący działań obu konsulatów w zakresie współpracy gospodarczej, naukowej i kulturalnej Dolnego Śląska i Opolszczyzny z Litwą i Łotwą.

Uroczyste podpisanie listu odbyło się 28 lipca 2016 r. w Restauracji Cesarsko-Królewskiej na wrocławskim Rynku. Celem podjętych działań jest utrwalanie i rozwijanie wielopłaszczyznowej współpracy, promowanie kontaktów międzynarodowych i zainteresowania różnych środowisk kooperacją między krajami bałtyckimi.

Pierwszym etapem współpracy będzie planowany na jesień 2016 r. konkurs Rozwój współpracy gospodarczej Polski, Litwy i Łotwy, skierowany do środowisk akademickich Republiki Litewskiej, Republiki Łotewskiej, Dolnego Śląska i Opolszczyzny.

The Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia Martin Kaczmarski and the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania Tomasz Kosoń signed a letter of intent regarding the actions of both consulates considering the economic, scientific and cultural cooperation of Lower Silesia and Opole region with Latvia and Lithuania.

The ceremony of signing the letter took place on 28th of July 2016 in Cesarko-Królewska Restaurant at the Wrocław City Square. The aim of the undertaken actions is to solidify and develop the multilayered cooperation, to promote international contacts and to encourage the interest in cooperation between the Baltic countries in various environments. The first stage of the cooperation will be the contest “Development of economic cooperation of Boland, Lithuania, and Latvia,” targeted at academic environments of the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Latvia, Lower Silesia and the Opole region.
